Knaptyme Entertainment Staff. IT’S TIME WE ARE TAKEN SERIOUSLY.
Peace Family. On behalf of our entire staff, we’d like to say thank
you to all of you creative geniuses in our internet family! It is
because of you that we have dedicated more facilities than ever to
creating a professional network of brilliant and talented minds to
share, build, teach, unite, and support one another as we all
strive to achieve our goals. This is a new day, a new time for The
Knaptyme Entertainment website community. Ladies and Gentlemen,
It’s time for an upgrade. As you can see, the front page has and
continues to go through new and heightened changes. Thanks in great
part to Member, and Knaptyme Soldier MicWise from York, Pa. He
represents the Urban Wolves Outfit. It’s his banners and logos that
have sculpted the new face of Knaptyme Entertainment. I have one
wish now that we are close to 100 strong. It is my wish that our
site be the professional outlet to expose the rising passion,
diversity, culture and inspiration of the (for now) unheard. Our
site’s focus for this site has always been for serious networkers
wishing to get real input on their craft. All our members want is a
shot. Not necessarily “platinum status” but to achieve an audience;
an audience of like-minded individuals all striving toward the same
goal... To make a living off of our crafts. We have the fortune to
have a great number of vital cast members, if you will. But
unfortunately, we are not using this place as effectively as
possible. Therefore there will be changes implemented. 1. We are
grateful for all the beautiful KPT Models, hopefuls and aspiring
models not affiliated with KPT Entertainment, yet house a page on
our site. You are all beautiful and we are honored to have you. We
are in the process of revamping the KPT Model’s Page and beginning
a progressive push to promote our models in ways to rival “Model
Mayhem” and the like. 2. That being said, all profile pictures must
represent the professional best you can be. Therefore, as of
January 1st, 2009 no profile pictures may contain “booty”, nude,
partial nude (unless artistic as to the discretion of KPT Staff) or
otherwise unprofessional images (**swimwear and nightwear is fine
as long as it is a professional image). You may keep them on your
pages, but not in the profile image. To the onlooker or person
deciding if our home is the place for them, to see unprofessional
images is to assume incorrect assumptions. We are all
professionals. 3. We need our members to be active. In order to
gain the type of funding necessary to bring better financial
opportunities to our members, we must be active. We must support
each other. If members aren’t responsive, contact them. Others will
come and thus we all (all) shall prosper. 4. We also pride
ourselves that we have not used this site as a “social” network in
the terms of dating scenarios and such. 5. Members that do not show
activity, or attempt to solicit dating experiences using KPT tools
will be deleted. Our dream of this site was to be the next level as
far as this: When people surf the net looking for that something
different. That thing that appeals to a certain sensation. Whether
it be Music, Art, Real News, Teaching Tools, Models, or just a
place to add on in discussions and be a part of something. And not
my music alone for certain, but as we practically hand-picked each
member for their various talents, it was the hope that each page
would be alive with displays of craft, image, talent and sound.
This site should be a humming ground for talented artists looking
to get heard, to get promoted and to get “out”! To understand why
these changes are occurring is to understand the objective of 2009.
The objective is to NOT COMPETE. Yes, not compete. What we mean is
this, we don’t want to compete with “SOHH, ALL HIP HOP, and yes
beloved OKAYPLAYER.COMS” but we want to be named In the same
conversation. Our staff is working to bring endorsement support to
not only the site, but its members. Our resources will greaten and
thus do more things but we must show we are active. We must be able
to plead our case. This is a time to take ourselves, our craft and
our chances seriously. We believe in you, that’s why we’re doing
this. Do you? If so, lets boogie. D. Knyte.
