Isn't that the truth.....again rap artists and they're lyrics are being targeted....what happened to freedom of speech. And is there someone regulating and listening to the lyrics of all the other music artists and genres out there. I'm sure there...

Where is the independent film movement
I caught a very interesting program this past weekend (on the Independent Film Movie Channel - IFC) which profiled the black films of the early 70s aka "Blaxploitation films". It gave insight on the movement behind the films, the unforgettable actors and actresses, and it's eventual downfall. The one thing i took from this show was that this was a great time for independent films to prosper and that these films gain as much revenue if not more than than the so-called big bad established studios… Continue

When you hear of artists the likes of Amel Larrieux, D'Angelo, or Jamiroquuai what comes to mind? - I haven't been able to put to words my feelings about it and it hasn't registered quite yet fully. Truly the orignator of everything these younger artists and performers are able to do. The master of lyrics and melody...and that unmistakable voice. There will never be another like Michael Jackson. Rest in Peace MJ....gone but never ever forgotten
